With this new feature, Google Business profile managers will be able to do two things:<\/p>\n

  1. Similar to how chatbots usually work on business websites, you can suggest questions for people to ask when they are about to send a message to your business.<\/li>\n
  2. In addition, you can also set up automated responses to frequently asked questions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The maximum character count for suggested questions would be 40 characters, while automated answers can be up to 500 characters. Google would allow businesses to create up to 10 frequently asked questions (FAQs).<\/p>\n

    One of the best parts of this new feature is that businesses can add links to their answers. That\u2019d be an excellent way to redirect prospects and customers to pages that contain detailed information on a topic.\"how-to-enable-automated-faqs\"<\/p>\n

    How to enable automated FAQs<\/h2>\n

    Follow these steps to automate FAQs for your Google Business Profile.<\/p>\n

    1. Search for your business on Google.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Customers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Click on Messages<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Click on the Menu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. Browse to Message Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    6. There you\u2019ll see an option for \u2018Manage frequently asked questions<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n
    7. Click +Add a question<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
