17 Books That Will Teach You How To Achieve Everything You Want<\/h2>\n

“We all say that we want to succeed, but sooner or later our level of activity must equal our level of intent. Talking about achievement is one thing; making it happen is something altogether different. Some people seems to take more joy in talking about success than they do in achieving it. It is as thought their ritualistic chant about someday lulls them into a false sense of security, and all the things they should be doing and could be doing on given day never seem to get done.<\/p>\n

The consequences of this self-delusion have their own inevitable price. Sooner of later the day will arrive when they look back with regret at all those things they could have done, and meant to do, but left undone. That is why we must push ourselves in the present to experience the milder pain of discipline. We will all experience one pain or the other – the pain of discipline or the pain of regret – but the difference is that the pain of discipline weighs only ounces while the pain of regret weighs tons.” – Jim Rohn.<\/p>\n

This is possibly my favourite quote of all time and I have it printed in huge letters on my office notice board. Every time I think about taking the “easy way out” I reread this quote and refocus my attention on what’s really important. Using this quote as the basis to my philosophy on how to live my life I have managed to set up Improve My Search Ranking<\/a>\u00a0with zero budget and turn it into a business that generates several thousand pounds in revenue every month.<\/p>\n

This\u00a0blog post showcases the some of the books I’ve read to come to understand you really can achieve everything you want in life.<\/p>\n

I put the success of Improve My Search Ranking down to one thing, “mind-set”. The 17 books listed below have helped me focus my mind and understand exactly what I want to achieve in my life. I believe with the right mind-set anything you want to be achieve can be made a reality. To foster this mentality I began reading books on business, marketing, self development and autobiographies of successful people. What all these books have in common was an undeniable belief that success is easily achievable.<\/p>\n

Of course a positive mind-set alone is not going to bring you riches, it is only the start of the process. A\u00a0burning desire to take action on your goals and implement “purposeful practice” everyday are the next steps in the sequence. \u00a0I would personally consider flexibility, ambition, continuous improvement, resourcefulness, beginning with the end in mind and persistence to be an unbeatable combination of values that will no doubt lead to success.<\/p>\n
